Refund policy

At Timeless Vault, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

We only accept returns or provide refunds if the product received is damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product and packaging must be provided as proof.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund accordingly.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, or normal wear and tear.
  • Refunds, once approved, may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
